1.Sample production

We accept production of various shapes of crystal crafts.You can consult us first, and we will inform you about the product's material, craftsmanship, and applicable scope, and meet your requirements.You can also provide photos, concepts, or design drawings(PDF, AI, CDR formats, etc.)We will design it for you and confirm it.

2.Order quantity

In principle, we have no restrictions on order quantities, but very small quantities of products can result in higher prices.

3.Sample fee

Under normal circumstances, we waive the sample fee for products priced under 10 RMB, with shipping costs to be paid upon delivery.(Samples generally take 3-7 days, excluding shipping time).

3D laser products: 3D pattern making fee ranges from 300 to 800 RMB (depending on the size of the product), (the customer owns the rights to the 3D pattern). If your order volume is large, this fee will be refunded to you.
